What we collect
Your name and email address from your NegePay account, and the name, phone number, city and delivery address you enter at checkout. We also keep a record of the orders you place and the instalments you pay.
How we use it
To place your order with the store, arrange delivery to the address you gave, keep track of your payment plan, and confirm the instalments you report as paid.
Payments
Instalments are settled directly with the store through Telebirr, CBE Birr or a bank transfer. NegePay never asks for your card number, PIN, or online banking password.
Who can see your information
You, the NegePay operations team that confirms payments, and the store fulfilling your order — it needs your name, phone number and address to deliver.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept while your plan is open and afterwards for accounting and dispute handling. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete the information on your NegePay account. We will confirm once it is done.
Where it is stored
Your information is stored on our hosting platform and is only available to the people listed above.
